Scope of Works
In Collaboration with Dowds Group we delivered a comprehensive Cat A electrical fit out for the Old Gramophone Works, a multi-level commercial space. The project included,
- Containment Systems, Full installation of primary and secondary containment for all electrical and ELV systems.
- Small Power Distribution, Provision of general power outlets and circuits throughout all levels.
- Lighting & Controls, Deployment of internal and external lighting systems with integrated lighting control solutions for energy efficiency and user comfort.
- ELV Infrastructure, Secondary containment for all extra-low voltage systems to ensure compliance and system integrity.
- Mains Distribution Boards, Supply and installation of mains boards for reliable power management across the site.
- Smoke Ventilation Controls, Installation of smoke vent control systems, including site-wide integration for enhanced fire safety.
- External Lighting Package, Design and implementation of external lighting to support security, aesthetics, and operational needs.
