Scope of Works
KPA Electrical delivered a complete electrical design, install and commissioning package for Level 2 of 50 Pall Mall, tailored to meet the demands of a premium commercial space. The package included,
- Design, Installation & Commissioning, Full-service delivery of all electrical systems from concept through to completion.
- Mains Distribution Board, Installation of a new mains distribution board to support the building’s electrical infrastructure.
- Primary & Secondary Containment, Robust containment systems for both power and ELV services, ensuring compliance and future flexibility.
- Bespoke Lighting Design & Lighting Controls System, Custom lighting design paired with intelligent control systems to enhance aesthetics, mood and energy efficiency.
- Small Power Distribution, Strategically designed to support an adaptable office layout, enabling flexible workspace configurations.
- Fire Alarm System, Design and commissioning of a compliant fire detection and alarm system for safety and peace of mind.
